We place a strong emphasis on rigorous testing to ensure the highest quality and precision for every component we produce. Our testing process involves a combination of advanced inspection techniques, including dimensional measurements, surface finish evaluation, and functional testing, to verify that each part meets customer specifications and industry standards.
Promac uses state-of-the-art equipment, such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) from Hexagon, along with GageMaker’s thread measuring system, and various general gauges and tools, to conduct detailed inspections throughout the manufacturing process. This allows us to identify any discrepancies early and ensure parts are within the required tolerances.
Additionally, we conduct thorough post-production testing to assess the performance and durability of parts, ensuring they meet both functional and quality requirements. Whether for prototype validation or final production, our comprehensive testing ensures that every part leaving our shop is of the highest quality and ready for its intended application.
